CERTIFICATION OF GOODS AND SERVICES | COMPANY PRIME BUSINESS CLASS
Certification of goods and services. Competent certification of goods and services is not only an indispensable attribute of trust in a product, but also a confident application for free and trouble-free functioning in conditions of mass competition in the right market segment. Certification is often a lifeline for the end user, as it prevents the sale of products that are hazardous to human health, their property and, of course, the environment. The procedure is necessary in order to document all the properties, the high level of quality of a particular product and its compliance with established requirements or standards.
The certification process in our country is carried out through UkrSEPRO – the national certification system, which provides for interaction with special institutions, testing centers.
Obtaining a certificate is preceded by a number of important organizational measures. We are talking about collecting the necessary information in detail, preparing documents, choosing a certification body, submitting an application, receiving an answer, attesting a product, thoroughly testing it, and the like.
An important point is the mandatory and voluntary nature of certification. The latter, unlike the former, often does not concern serious safety requirements and serves as a convincing advantage of the product. Such a decision of the customer, rather, is associated with the desire to become competitive, and, therefore, to facilitate the process of selling goods or services on the market. Compulsory certification is required for those whose activities relate to the manufacture and sale of alcohol and food, tobacco products, detergents, dishes, building materials, vehicles, metal and woodworking equipment, lifting structures, personal protective equipment and others. You will find a wide range of products in the order “On approval of the list of products subject to mandatory certification in Ukraine”.
So, the preparation of documents includes the selection of appropriate product samples, the collection of all technical conditions, detailed specifications, sanitary and epidemiological conclusions, all operational documentation and other important documents.
The certification procedure has many other legal nuances that arise at each stage, so it’s better to entrust it to individual specialists or experienced law firms in your city.
